The prison was designed to suppress monsters' abilities. It doesn't work perfectly, you won't be there forever, but I knew one person who went back to the Sea of Souls before he was released.
But not before AM worked on him. He's a Fog priest who's been here a very long time, so even though we've fought, I can't say I know the extent of his powers.
He's a torturer and a sadist.

He'll take advantage of it if he catches you in a vulnerable position, but he doesn't start fights out of nowhere. But I've seen what he does to the people he gets his hands on.
